This company told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to spend $500 on deposit. Once that was done they told me something completely different for moving. Told me I couldn’t pick my date of move etc. Then the Cs lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me my deposit was unrefundable and that I would not be getting my money back. This whole company is unprofessional and scamming people left and right! They need to be investigated for improper business dealings.

My husband and I (he’s retired from military) have had to relocate dozens of times and could write a book on our bad experiences. Decided to try somebody new this time. I googled Movers Rater and found Coast to Coast Relocations. After speaking with Jay, my relocation expert, I felt very assured we were in good hands. No high pressure sales tactics… I could tell he was a genuine person of integrity not to mention more knowledable than anyone I’ve ever spoken to in this industry which as we know there a lot of scam artists out there. Jay and his team are the real deal. Our move went very smoothly and he even called after the fact to check that everything went ok… something no one has ever taken the time to do before! I cannot recommend more highly!!

COAST TO COAST RELOCATIONS INC is a predatory business that just stole 2500 dollars from me. I'm active duty Air Force in San Antonio. I booked a move with them for an anticipated PCS that I had to cancel WELL in advance, and now they won't refund my deposit. Whatever you do, do not sign ANYTHING with them, they won't respect your time or money. Don't be fooled by all the reviews online like I was.

All they will offer you is "credit" towards another move with them. As if after all the time they spent dragging their feet and not responding to me, I would trust them with any of my belongings. It cost me 2500 dollars to learn this lesson so that whoever is reading this may benefit.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Coast to Coast Relocations . I had two children needing interstate moves at the same time. I made the mistake of believing Jay when he quoted me prices and timelines for the moves. Both moves cost more money than promised and took much more time. Aside from selling lies, Coast to Coast contracts out to movers who are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. One company had a D rating with BBB and the other a rating of F. Jay was of no assistance in helping me navigate the additional charges or extended move times - he simply did not answer or return my calls.

We’re a military family, and we have experienced a lot of moves. This was so easy to coordinate and it was very affordable. They gave us a military discount. My mother just passed away and we needed to move her furniture and some personal belongings from Nevada to Virginia. The estimate was spot on. I read some reviews about estimates being off and I believe that the inventory wasn't properly given. I researched other moving companies where you have to pack up yourself and this was far more affordable. These movers take apart the sectional couch, table and bed for you. Then upon arrival carried my bedroom furniture upstairs and put everything together for you. I highly recommend this moving company. They even gave me another discount because my mom passed away; they added a senior discount. I am very grateful to this company for helping us with this move and making it a smooth transition for us.

I move a lot. At least every two years because of work, so of course I have hired movers many times. The service that they provided from the moment I requested a quote was adequate and they went through all the steps to make it easy for me. They even set the expectation about the possibility of having problems during the move! Moving is tough, and is easy to understand that for example a simple issue on the highway can be a factor resulting in damages, a driver getting sick on the road can delay your delivery, etc. The point is that a company that makes the client aware of possible failures in the correct tone is worth mentioning as most movers overpromise and are really bad with their communication. I will definitely be in touch for my next one.

I originally contacted a New Jersey mover in June, 2022. I made a $1,200 deposit. Contact with the mover lasted until

late July. Repeated calls and emails were not answered. I contacted my bank which would give me a cash back in a few weeks. I contacted Coast to Coast Relocation. They were very helpful about what action to take with the scam. Coast to Coast picked up and dropped off our furniture quickly and very efficiently. I am very thankful for their advice and service. My initial conversations with the staff were great; but after I paid my initial deposit it was a different story. I was told I would be notified by the movers a day or two prior to the pick up, which never happened. I Called their customer service line and they told me the movers are on there way to my house. I had to cancel my wife's Dr appointment that she had because she had to be home to meet the movers. The movers never showed up and when I called to inquire I was told they would be there between 5-7 PM, they never showed again. I've been told multiple different times over the last two days but they were broken promises. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund for services not rendered but no one from Coast to Coast will take my call. Sad state of affairs.

My mother, age 70, hired this company. She was charged $4,000 as a deposit and quoted about $7,500 for the total move. She had booked a 36 foot truck that was guaranteed to fit her belongings based on extensive conversation between her and Jay. Between booking and truck arrival, she had several issues communicating with the company, could not get an accurate date, and overall received attitude in general. By pickup, her price had increased to $10,000, with the excuse of "I must have misquoted you". THEN, at pickup, a 28 FOOT TRUCK shows up, ALREADY HALF FULL WITH SOMEONE ELSES BELONGINGS! How is her entire household of belongings supposed to fit in half of a 28 foot truck? THEN, the driver tells her that she has MORE belongings than he was told, and that her total is going to be $13,000. Her price nearly doubled. She told them to leave, and is not getting cooperation on a refund of her $4,000 deposit. She has now booked with another, more reputable company and is out $4k. Terrible company. Terrible service. They should be ashamed.

My move with Coast to Coast was a nightmare. My Broker Ernie's quote was 50% lower than the actual cost of the move. The carrier they gave me was Grand American Movers, which already had dozens of complaints and was on a DOT warning list. They were two weeks later than the stated day of delivery, lost items, and caused thousands of dollars of damage. The carrier did not have a claims administrator and refused to make any effort to find my missing item or to adjudicate the damage caused to my other items. Coast to Coast customer service was entirely unhelpful and refused to take accountability for booking me with a terrible carrier. Shady, deceitful business practices, and I was not even a big move. Use a better mover, stay away from Coast to Coast.

Coast to Coast moving company was a complete disaster from start to finish. And Keith Price, the associate assigned to my move was very little help, always passing me off to someone else and taking zero accountability for my move.

First off, Coast to Coast quoted 8k when at the end of the day I was charged upwards of 20k -an exorbitant amount of money!

To make matters worse, they completely lied to me about the timeline of the move. I was told that the truck would go directly to my new location, but instead they were planning on storing my furniture for three whole weeks. And when I confronted them about the lies, Nathan with North Transportation actually had the audacity to tell me that "all sales people will tell you what you want to hear" and "you were lied to" - referring to my contact Keith Price at Coast to Coast. Sadly, this appears to have been true. Additionally, Nathan was extremely rude to me and even raised his voice on the phone - I was shocked!

Upon delivery, their movers were extremely reckless and caused extensive damage to our belongings. They dropped our dining room table, destroyed a designer coffee table, broke a TV, a very nice computer chair, and other items that were marked as fragile. The movers showed laziness and a complete lack of care, resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage.

To add insult to injury, when I attempted to file a claim for the extensive damage caused by Coast to Coast's movers, I was passed around from Keith Price at Coast to Coast, to customer service, and finally to North Transport. After weeks of back-and-forth and delayed responses, I was told that I would be compensated a measly and insulting $200 for over $2,000 worth of damaged furniture. This amount was nowhere near enough to cover the cost of the damages caused by their careless and negligent movers. Nathan told me that the insurance claim process would barely pay out, take months to complete, and would be an unfortunate road to go down. This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards my concerns was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Keith Price was of course no help either and ignored my messages completely.

Overall, I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They are dishonest, unreliable, and clearly just trying to scam people out of as much money as possible. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

I was so nervous about moving from one state to another, because I had no idea where to start or who to call. Luckily, I was able to come across Coast-to-Coast Relocations Inc! They were here for me from the beginning of my move to the end. Everyone i talked to were very respectable and professional. The salesperson is very well trained, movers are also well trained they treated my things with such care. And most importantly they were on time! :) I am just so relieved that there are still honest and professional companies just as Coast-to-Coast Relocations Inc. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I was recently in the process of scheduling a cross country move and had enlisted Coast to Coast Relocations Inc to transport all of my belongings. I unfortunately had to change plans last minute after placing my initial deposit, Coast to Coast Relocations Incwas very understanding in allowing me to cancel the move and refund my deposit. Lily from customer service was awesome to work with and very understanding of the situation. If and when I'm ready to reschedule my move I will certainly reach back out to this team.

Living on the top floor in a tall building with no elevator has taken a toll on us for years. I was sure that it was going to be a huge issue for the movers from Coast to Coast Relocations Incas well. But they didn’t seem to mind that. They systematically packed everything into boxes and moved the boxes downstairs one at a time. The movers were extremely organized. The coordination among the men helped them finish the job even faster than anticipated. They delivered just a week later and all my valuables traveled quite well. These guys really know how to do their job properly and I really can’t praise them enough.

We had a really great experience with Coast to Coast Relocations Inc. First off, they were very patient with me when I had to change my move date twice! Then they called the night before to confirm everything, and phoned again in the morning when they were on their way. The move itself went really well. The movers were courteous and careful, and everything went smoothly. The quote I got from them was actually higher than what the cost turned out to be because the movers were so fast. I appreciate that, as I'd rather prepare to spend more money and be pleasantly surprised than vice versa. I will definitely use them again in the future!
