Scammers!

This company told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to spend $500 on deposit. Once that was done they told me something completely different for moving. Told me I couldn’t pick my date of move etc. Then the Cs lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me my deposit was unrefundable and that I would not be getting my money back. This whole company is unprofessional and scamming people left and right! They need to be investigated for improper business dealings.

They were punctual and understanding of her situation, ensuring the move was completed within the specified timeframe. Even when an item was inadvertently left on the truck, they promptly rectified the situation. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Very happy with the service and are highly recommended.

The Movers were fast and efficient during my local move. I didn’t have a ton of stuff, so it made the job easier for them. Initially the job estimate quoted for 2 people, but I ended up getting 3 guys for the job.

They wrapped everything and got all of items placed in the new Home within 8 hours. Very happy with the service and are highly recommended.

This is my 6th move!

This is my 6th move with Coast-to-Coast Relocations and I’ve never had such an easy, stress-free experience. These guys are pros! Great communication and quote process, super-fast, and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Sam was wonderful. They moved everything so quickly and carefully and they even assembled my dining room table. Easy to work with and very professional. I would give 20 stars if I could.

Amazing and professional. ♥♥♥

Amazing and professional. Everything was moved on time quickly and efficiently. I was shocked how fast the 3 movers were able to have almost all of my stuff out of my apartment and I had a LOT of things. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and I completely filled it up. As soon as they got there they were great at communicating and asking question. Throughout the process I felt great ?. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was lost or anything. I am recommending to all my friends and family. Please use this company they are amazing and truly not expensive for all the work they do. Wow!!!

Great experience with this company.

Great experience with this company. They are very responsive to mail and gave a quote quickly, far lower than the other two companies I compared.

On moving day I was notified the crew was en route and they showed up a few minutes early which was much appreciated.

The crew worked very quickly, but didn’t rush or cut any corners. They were all professional and polite while working almost nonstop.

I will definitely use Coast to Coast Relocations again and I highly recommend them.

Professional Service ♥

Despite my exhaustion after a full day of moving, I feel compelled to write this review for Coast to Coast Relocations. Navi and his crew were incredible, confirming the details beforehand and completing the job ahead of schedule. Their professionalism and efficiency were exceptional, and though they weren't the cheapest option, they were worth every penny. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

GREAT! Read this before using any other moving company!

My husband and I (he’s retired from military) have had to relocate dozens of times and could write a book on our bad experiences. Decided to try somebody new this time. I googled Movers Rater and found Coast to Coast Relocations. After speaking with Jay, my relocation expert, I felt very assured we were in good hands. No high pressure sales tactics… I could tell he was a genuine person of integrity not to mention more knowledable than anyone I’ve ever spoken to in this industry which as we know there a lot of scam artists out there. Jay and his team are the real deal. Our move went very smoothly and he even called after the fact to check that everything went ok… something no one has ever taken the time to do before! I cannot recommend more highly!!

Long-distance move from San Antonio, TX to Las Vegas, NV

STOLE $2500 from me

COAST TO COAST RELOCATIONS INC is a predatory business that just stole 2500 dollars from me. I'm active duty Air Force in San Antonio. I booked a move with them for an anticipated PCS that I had to cancel WELL in advance, and now they won't refund my deposit. Whatever you do, do not sign ANYTHING with them, they won't respect your time or money. Don't be fooled by all the reviews online like I was.

All they will offer you is "credit" towards another move with them. As if after all the time they spent dragging their feet and not responding to me, I would trust them with any of my belongings. It cost me 2500 dollars to learn this lesson so that whoever is reading this may benefit.

Sold false promises

I am extremely dissatisfied with Coast to Coast Relocations . I had two children needing interstate moves at the same time. I made the mistake of believing Jay when he quoted me prices and timelines for the moves. Both moves cost more money than promised and took much more time. Aside from selling lies, Coast to Coast contracts out to movers who are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. One company had a D rating with BBB and the other a rating of F. Jay was of no assistance in helping me navigate the additional charges or extended move times - he simply did not answer or return my calls.

Thank you for your feedback. It is sad to see that after all the efforts we made to help solve the issues with your daughter's complex move to the middle of Manhattan, you still feel dissatisfied. Jay did not get involved because we assigned our 3 customer care representatives to your case. 3. When you signed the first agreement for the initial quote, you knew that the final price was subject to change if additional items were added at time of pickup, or additional services were required at the time of delivery. The dimensions of the whole move resulted in more cubic feet of storage when loaded to the truck at pickup, BUT, we got the additional charge waived and you only had to pay for some shipping materials and for the required shuttle van at delivery due to NYC restrictions for the semitruck that carried the items from TX as it was not permitted to park in front of the building. This was a service that was added at the end due to external requirements and was not part of the initial quote. We also worked with you so you could get the proper building approvals and reservations for the elevator, we worked around the day and time restrictions. We informed you of all the details during the initial customer care calls, we sent you the Federal Rules booklets and pamphlets along with the quotes and answered all questions before you signed, and agreed to all terms and conditions days before pickup. Mrs, Friedman, interstate moving involves a lot of logistics, and there are many variables that we need to manage including the possibility of delays for any human or technical difficulties... you also signed this agreement. We are always optimistic, but reality is that some delays can happen... a crash, a driver getting sick, a truck with a blown engine waiting for replacement in the middle of nowhere, 95 degree weather, traffic issues on route, etc. We can only say that we did our best effort to help you.
